Kradia Island (south of Samos) is not part of any larger island or group of islands - you need to set foot there to unlock the region - this is the last one I had. This is another possible location to check if you get stuck at 99.53% regions discovered in the Ubisoft club, especially if you try to get Hermes Homie before finding Atlantis.
